Acceptance of terms
The LexiDots service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not access or use LexiDots.
These terms supplement any signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Order Form between you and LexiDots Inc.; the MSA governs in case of a conflict.
Intellectual property rights
LexiDots, including all software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of LexiDots Inc. No ownership rights are granted to users beyond the limited license to use the service per these terms.
You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the service. We process that data only as needed to provide the service to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexiDots Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of the service.
While we engineer LexiDots for reliability and operate against published SLAs, we do not assume liability for errors, downtime, or data loss. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own export and backup policies in addition to the redundant copies LexiDots maintains.
Beta & trial versions
Beta features and trial environments are provided for evaluation purposes only. They may change, be discontinued, or behave differently from generally available features without notice.
Trial environments do not include the automatic, contractually guaranteed backup service. We strongly encourage trial users to export critical data regularly. We are not liable for data loss during Beta or trial use.
These terms are effective as of January 2026. We’ll notify customers of any material changes via email and in-app banners at least 30 days in advance.
