By accessing or using the LexiDots application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Owner/Developer of LexiDots. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Utilizing this Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Service or the content you access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Owner, Author, Developer, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Users accessing Beta or Trial versions of the Service acknowledge that these versions are for testing and evaluation purposes. There is no automatic backup service provided for Beta/Trial accounts. The End User is solely responsible for exporting and downloading their data periodically for archiving and backup purposes. We are not liable for any data loss occurring during the use of Beta or Trial versions.
